Taeha Scanlon BSc

Taeha holds a Bachelor of Science, with majors in chemistry and biology, and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety through Curtin University.

With over 8 years' experience within the environmental industry, Taeha has gained proficiency in a range of areas including sample collection and analysis, instrumentation, method development and project management.

During her time with HAZCON, Taeha has conducted various occupational assessments and monitoring for such issues as mould, dust and silica, noise, chemical, and heat stress, as well as the provision of consultancy services for a range of occupational health and safety issues.

Taeha also conducts some of HAZCON's asbestos training courses; this is complemented by her experience in asbestos inspections, hazardous materials audits, air monitoring and asbestos visual clearances at various sites around Victoria, including schools, commercial and industrial sites, domestic premises and power stations. Taeha is also a NATA approved counter for asbestos fibre counting.
