Thanks to you Richard for presenting and running the training. It was good to have the training in person. Plus there was good feedback on your presentation style and humour.

Dear Stephen,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to thank for the training last month that you had put extra effort to support my study. I do appreciate your patience teaching me during the session. You are not only doing your role as teacher but you have been going beyond your role to make sure I understand full training. Thank you and have a great weekend ahead.

Participant in TLID0021 Store and handle dangerous goods and hazardous substances training for local council in Victoria, 3 December 2024

“I’ve had an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from the team regarding the DG training you conducted in December last year. The team thought you were very knowledgeable and were able to convey the information across in an engaging and enjoyable manner. As you have visited our sites before, you understand how our business operates and was able to tailor the training to make it relevant and suitable to our needs. Everyone enjoyed the mock chemical spill evacuation drill and thought it was an invaluable experience. No doubt this demonstration will be run at my other sites as well.
One of our workers also mentioned that this was by the far the best training course he has ever attended!
I want to thank you again Andy for what you’ve taught us and I look forward to working with you and Kim again soon.”
