Karen is a passionate, professional and knowledgeable expert with 20 years experience in senior OHS positions at State and Local Government level and private industry.  Karen gained valuable experience in training, auditing and high level investigation skills whilst working as an Inspector for WorkSafe Victoria. 

Karen's wide ranging knowledge and skills extends to: Contract Management; Festival & Events; Construction; Community Centres; Sporting Facilities; Local Laws; Health Services and Immunisation; Fleet Management & Workshop; Parks & Bushland; Emergency Management; Preschool, Child Care, Family Day Care, Maternal Child Health; Aged Care Facility;  Home and Community Care; Manufacturing; School Crossing Supervisors; Office Staff; Road Management; etc . 

Karen has been invited to speak at numerous conferences on a range of safety subject matters, done sessional teaching at Swinburne University for the safety module of the Advanced Diploma of Community Services and has always received extremely good feedback.
