Accurate and efficient asbestos identification - a must have

Posted by Peter Attwood on 3 August 2016

Determining whether material contains asbestos is critical for property managers or construction and demolition sites. The legislation requires that analysis is undertaken by a NATA accredited laboratory. HAZCON is a NATA certified Laboratory (Accreditation No 13234) for analysing suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and we aim to provide results within 24 to 48 hours after receiving samples.

Not sure about collecting suspected samples yourself?

Sampling procedures and concerns about the risks associated with potential airborne asbestos can deter staff from sampling suspect material. Our Occupational Hygienists are able to conduct ACM sampling onsite in a safe manner using best practice sampling techniques.

If you have any questions or concerns about asbestos; would like to have a sample tested or would like a consultant to conduct sampling onsite, please call or email HAZCON Pty Ltd for more information.
