Behavioural Safety for Management
Duration: 8 hours
Aim: The aim of this programme is to assist supervisors and managers to develop a 'Safety Culture'.
Behavioural Safety is about ensuring that employees' safe acts are reinforced and unsafe acts indentified in a positive and professional way.
Participants will be able to work with employees to improve work practices and reinforce a positive safety culture.
Behavioural Safety can also be a very useful tool for supervising and managing contractors.
Key Areas Covered:
- Theory behind behavioural safety
- Observations in the workplace; and
- Implement a Behavioural Observation Program at work
- Safety Culture and Behavioural Change; and
- Safe Work Practices
Target Audience: Managers and Supervisors in all workplace environments.

Asbestos A Class Refresher Training for Removalist
As recommended in the Compliance Code for Removing Asbestos in the Workplace, A Class Removalists should attend refresher training every year.
Duration: 4 hours
