Peter Attwood BSc, BAppSc, MSc, CPMSIA, RSP (Aust), MAIOH
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Attwood is the Chief Executive Officer, Principal Consultant and Senior Hygienist of the company. He has degrees in Science, Environmental Health and a Masters in Work Environment Monitoring. He has more than twenty years experience including two and a half years at the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands.
His experience includes position of Principal Occupational Hygienist with the Victorian Health and Safety Authority and Principal Occupational Hygiene and Safety Adviser with the former State Electricity Commission of Victoria.
Peter is fully certified as an OH&S Auditor for management systems and legislative compliance. He also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training with extensive experience in all areas of OH&S training.
Kaye Tyter MProf Ed &Training, GradCertProfEd&Trng (WVET), MSIA
Operations Manager
Kaye is an experienced educator and trainer in the field of OH&S. Working in private industry as well as the VET sector has allowed her to develop a range of skills in the planning, development and delivery of targeted training programs and is a welcome addition to the HAZCON Pty Ltd team.
Kaye has worked as a Training Manager and prior to that position, a Trainer and Facilitator for an industry training provider in the Latrobe Valley. Kaye also spent several years in the VET sector as a Teacher and Coordinator and was involved in various capacities with the local branch of the Australian Education Union.
Her blend of OH&S knowledge with Human Resource and Education and Training skills will allow HAZCON Pty Ltd to provide a range of solutions to organisations that are looking for improved outcomes with their OH&S training.
Kaye holds a Masters Degree in Professional Education and Training, Diplomas in Human Resources, Training and Assessment Systems, a Certificate lV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in OH&S.

Ian Good BAppSc, MSIA
Principal Consultant - Health, Safety & Environmental
The Principal Consultant of HAZCON, Ian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemistry) and is a trained Six Sigma Green Belt
He has over twenty years experience in the chemical and plastics industries as a Quality Assurance Manager, SME for regulatory laws, Regional Technical Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Ian brings with him a broad range of experience covering Hazardous and Dangerous Goods, Poisons, AQIS, ISO 9000, NICNAS and other regional chemical control laws.
Ian also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an approved cooling tower RMP auditor.
David Wright MOH&S, GradDipOH&SM, DipBus(QA), CPMSIA, RSP (Aust), MIOSEM
Principal Consultant - Safety Services
Recently joining HAZCON as a Principal Consultant in Safety Services, David brings with him a high level of experience in OH&S. With a Graduate Diploma and Master in Occupational Health & Safety Management, he has implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) including policies, procedures, risk assessments and Safe Operation Procedures for a range of clients.
David is also a certified OH&S Auditor with RABQSA for Quality Management Systems and has a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. He has been invloved with developing and conducting training in a variety of topics including Hazard Risk Assessments and Controls.
David is a Chartered Professional Member of the Safety Institute of Australia and holds a Certificate IV in Onsite Environmental Management.

Richard Forster MSIA, CMIOSH (UK)
Principal Consultant - Training & Development
Richard joined HAZCON from UK Education support provider EduAction Ltd. He is an experienced OH&S Practitioner of 19 years and has developed and implemented a wide range of policies, procedures, training courses and management systems.
Richard is a WorkSafe approved trainer and deliverer of the Small Business Program and is passionate about his work. He is a keen believer in sensible risk management and health and well-being issues.
Richard also has 6 years experience in Major Emergency Response Plan at pan-London level and has Gold and Silver Command experience of dealing with real time emergencies including terrorist attacks, major fires and chemical incidents.
Richard is a Member of the Safety Institute of Australia and a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (UK). He holds a Diploma in OH&S and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

Lisa Andrew
Executive Assistant
Lisa has over 7 years experience in the administration field, has completed her Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently undertaking her Advanced Diploma in Business.
Lisa is responsible for the organisation and coordination of marketing activities, events and seminars, whilst providing valuable assistance to the Senior Management Team on a day to day basis. She also provides assistance to the training department by ensuring that our requirements for being a Registered Training Organisation are being met.
Kirstie Suckling
Training & Administration Coordinator
Kirstie has 3 years experience in the administration field, has completed her Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently undertaking her Diploma in Business. She is responsible for the day to day organisation of the HAZCON head office in Trafalgar, administration staff and training schedules.
Kirstie is also responsible for preparing our training calendars and ensures all courses are organised and run to schedule as well as making sure our courses are current and up to date. She is also responsible for maintaining our approval status with WorkSafe Victoria.
Deb Wilson
Asbestos & Occupational Hygiene Coordinator
Coming from a scientific research background, Deb has had over 20 years experience in field trial management, data management, work scheduling, staff recruitment and development.
Deb brings extensive experience to the role of operations officer scheduling staff, resources and conducting administrative tasks for the group.

Ruth Sonley
Finance & Systems Coordinator
Ruth has a Finance, Administration & IT background with over 20 years experience working in a wide range of industries. She is responsible for the smooth running of the finance department and is also responsible for HAZCON's Quality Assurance. Ruth also assists with records, general administration and the IT Department.
Maree Martin

Notting Hill Office Manager
HAZCON Pty Ltd would like to introduce Maree Martin, Office Manager of HAZCON’s Melbourne facility, located at 8 Industrial Avenue, Notting Hill.
Maree comes to HAZCON with a Diploma in Business Management and a vast experience in office management and implementing workplace policies and procedures. She is responsible for the day to day organisation of the HAZCON Notting Hill office including Quality Assurance, facility operations, services, training and facility functions.

IT Coordinator
Mason holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and is currently studying for a Diploma in Project Management. With over 6 years working experience in the IT industry across fields including telecommunication, software & system development and IT process management.
As HAZCON’s IT Coordinator Mason is responsible for all areas of IT including; infrastructure and network setup, system administration right down to ensuring that regular maintenance occurs. Mason also contributes to the marketing strategy where it relates to IT technology.
