Directors, Board Members and Senior Managers need an overview of their Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) System status on a regular basis. The Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 requires employers to be pro-active in managing workplace health and safety. A HSE Management System Audit by an independent party assists in demonstrating a pro-active approach and in identifying areas requiring improvement.

HAZCON employs experienced auditors, certified by RABQSA that can undertake detailed compliance audits anywhere in Australia. We can audit your system to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4801, SafetyMAP or AS14001.

If required, we can conduct an audit of your organisation against your own management system. We can also review your current management system and undertake a Gap Analysis to let you know where you do not comply with the appropriate Australian Standard or current legislative requirements.

When undertaking an Audit, our consultants will conduct a review of the existing system; undertake a thorough walk-through inspection and conduct interviews with key personnel and representative employees. The consultant will then prepare a report detailing your organisation’s level of compliance against the chosen standard.

This report can be presented to the Board, Management Team or employees.

HAZCON has also undertaken Safety, Environmental, Reliability and Technical Management (SERTM) audits for a diverse range of industries such as Wind Farms, Hospitals and Power Stations.
