REAL TIME ONLINE TRAINING

Posted by Ian Good on 30 May 2016

HAZCON has launched its online HSE training platform that is ideal for servicing clients with geographical spread or remotely located.

It is a real time web based training system where the participants can see and interact with the presenter. Over the web they are provided with additional course materials and expert commentary from our trainers to complement their work book, which enhances the adult learning experience.
The added benefit is reduced training costs as the travel component of the training is removed as there is no need for employees to travel to our training facility or for a trainer to travel to the business' site.

Online learning:

  • Participants can interact with the presenter either via voice or messaging.
  • Multiple activities to create curiosity as well as stretch their knowledge including online tests, polls and break out groups to complete the package.
  • Ideal for multiple module training sessions over a number of weeks or as targeted refresher training.
  • Participants can also use their web cameras and see others to create a virtual classroom.

Online Training is ideal for a range of short length courses such as:

  • Refresher training in Risk Management;
  • Noise Management or Noise Awareness training;
  • Chemical Safety Refreshers;
  • WSV Compliance Code required Asbestos A and B Class Refreshers; and
  • Asbestos Awareness.

Online Module Based Training

Online module based training for longer programs can be spread over a number of sessions to ensure the engagement of participants. Modules allow participants reflect on the information provided, complete activities and submit them for review.
Training Programs such as Safety in the Office, HSE for Managers and Supervisors, Risk Management and Emergency Management are just a few HSE training courses that can be delivered via our module based online learning service.

Tailored Online Training Programs

HAZCON HSE Consultants can work with you to develop a tailored HSE training program to meet your specific organisations HSE training requirements.
