Duration: 8 hours
Aim: This one day WorkSafe Victoria approved course aims to offer HSR’s a refresher on their knowledge of OH&S legislation, with focus on the consolidated OH&S Regulations 2007.

Target Audience: Anyone who has completed the WorkSafe Victoria Approved Initial Level Course for HSR’s, Managers & Supervisors in the last year.

PLEASE NOTE:
All HSR’s are entitled to attend a 'WorkSafe Victoria Approved Initial Level Course for HSR’s' after being elected. HSR’s are also entitled to attend annual 'WorkSafe Victoria Approved Refresher Course for HSR’s'. The employer is obligated to allow the HSR time off work with pay to attend these courses and must pay the costs associated with the HSR’s attendance (Section 67 of the OH&S Act 2004).
